The fonts available in Microsoft Word are determined by those installed on the system. If you have five fonts on your system, you can use one of those five in your Word document. If you have 17,335,762 fonts installed on your system, you can use one of those.

It depends on where you get them from.

-There are exactly 50 standard ones.
-You can download 50 more from websites.
-You can buy a special program called Microsoft Office Extension, and with that you have 200 more fonts.
- Last but not least, you can get yourself the program Microsoft Office Font Creator where you can create or scan you own secret writing or fonts, and you can translate them with a mouse click.

(Except for numbers 1 and 2, all of them also work on Microsoft Office Word)
