if stock one its fried. if aftermarket may be fried, wires crossed or fried speakers
check the fuses and if they are good there are inline fuses under the hood located in the black box on the passengers side wheel well
The 2003 Nissan Frontier radio fuse location is listed on the inside cover of the fuse box. The radio fuse should be the very top fuse in the second role of fuses.
As far as I know, as long as you don't mind no radio or interior lights, look in your fuse panel, there's a 10 amp fuse located directly to the right of the two large box fuses all alone on it's row. Remove it, and you'll be golden.
I have same problem.
remove the screws holding on the trim, remove the ashtray(should slide out) then remove the trim peice, then unscre the mounting bracket. Then unscrew the radio from the bracket and unplug the wiring harness.
