Don't know if this will help, but according to the 2000 F-150 manual the specs are as follows: 4x4 reg. cab w/ short wheelbase - 24.5 gallons 4x2 reg. cab, supercab, supercrew w/ short wheelbase - 25.0 All long wheelbase - 30.0 I doubt that the capacity changed any between 2000 and 2002, so this should be fairly accurate.
