It depends on how long the garlic clove has been growing... They aren't all the exact same...
They are the same. A "bulb" of garlic is a collection of "buttons" or "cloves". One clove, is one of the many "buttons" also known as "cloves" which make up the "head" or "bulb" of garlic. This is one of the many reasons that the English language is the most difficult language, in the world, to learn. We have so many ways of saying the EXACT same THING! I thank God, that I was raised speaking English, because I don't think that I could learn this language, today! ;-D
One or two. I often get between 1 and 2 dozen cloves per bulb, mainly depending on the size of the bulb.
Garlic comes in a bulb which can then be divided into segments. These are known cloves...so 10 cloves of garlic would be 10 segments of garlic - probably just under 2 bulbs worth
Each garlic bulb is made up of 4 - 20 cloves, and each clove weighs about 1 gram. 1 gram is equal to 0.03527 ounces.
It is one lobe of the garlic bulb, which has between 4- 12 cloves depending on type.
A bulb of garlic may contain up to approx. ten cloves.
Cloves
Garlic is a bulb plant. If you crack open a head of garlic, there are many cloves. Each clove is a new garlic waiting to sprout. :) Hardneck varieties grow scapes that later produce a flower head that has bulbils that can be planted and in a few years will produce garlic.

Garlic is considered to be both a vegetable and a herb.
My understanding of a garlic head is that it is the cluster of cloves. The individual cloves of garlic grow in what is called the "head" of garlic. You can buy garlic by the head or as cloves.
That depends on the size of the cloves.
