There are no "out" gay people living in Saudi Arabia, because they would be executed or sentenced to life in prison. But among the closeted population, it's estimated to be the same number as any other society: about 3% to 8% of people are gay. That works out to about 1.6 million Saudis who are gay.
Since being gay is a capital offense in Saudi Arabia (i.e. they kill you if you admit to it) Saudi Arabia has an official percentage of gays that is 0%. Of course, like most Saudi statistics, this is probably far from the mark. (See the discussion for more details.)
The amount of people likely to be closeted gay in Saudi Arabia are probably a few hundred thousand. This is a very small percentage of the Saudi population, but considering that being gay is considered so abhorrent in that country, most people would rather chalk up their aversion to the opposite gender as hormonal or something else.
It's impossible to know. Same-sex sexual activity in Saudi Arabia carries the death penalty, so 100% of gay people there are closeted.

Saudi Arabia has a history of human rights violations based on their patriarchal system that dates back thousands of years. The laws in Saudi Arabia are kingship laws run by the monarchy. So no, Saudi Arabia doesn't protect the human rights of its citizens.
Women like men have the right to vote.
Some Islamic countries are more tolerant about this issue, but Saudi Arabia is certainly not one of them. The answer is no. Absolutely not. Don't try it. In case I failed to mention it.....NO!
