The Balanced reaction equation is

4Al(s) + 3O2(g) = 2Al2O3(s)

The proportions are 4:3::0.3: x

Hence

4/3 = 0.3/x

Algebraiucally rearrange

x = 0.3 X 3 / 4

x = 0.225 moles of oxygen

Hence 0.225 = mass(g) / 32

mass = 0.225 X 32 = 7.2 grames.
