I was on a high calorie diet a few months back. This is a pretty healthy meal plan. Here goes: Breakfast: 4 weetbix or 2 cups cornflakes or 2 cups rice bubbles and 200ml milk or 200g yogurt or 2 slices singles cheese and 200ml juice or cordial Snack: 200ml milk, 3 tablespoons topping, scoop of ice cream (milk shake) 200ml milk, serving of fruit, toast with margarine and topping sustagen drink and serving of fruit 300ml big m, salata biscuits with margarine (or anything else equivalent to about 350cal) Lunch: 2 slices bread with margarine and a protein filling (eg.chicken, ham, tuna) and 200ml milk and 200ml cordial or juice and serving of fruit Snack: Same as above Dinner: serving of protein (eg. 100g red meat, chicken, fish) 200ml milk 200ml juice or cordial serving of fruit serving of carbohydrate (1 piece bread, 1/2 cup rice or pasta) serving of vegetables Snack: Same as above
