Those are supposed to be the "true" gods Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Ares, Athena, Apollo, Aphrodite, Hermes, Artemis, Hephaestus, Demeter and Dionysus (But really he's only the son of two gods but he still helps rule Olympus) and Hades is 13 but he was kicked out to the underworld.
