Angel mainly uses 2 Guitars during live shows. He does take others on tour as "backup's. I don't know exactly how many, but I have seen some them off stage on a guitar rack.
His MAIN guitars are:
ESP KH-602 and an ESP M-II NTB. He has EMG pickups in both.
Angel uses 2 Mesa Boogie triple rectifier 1/2 stacks for main amplification (as does Orrie Velasquez), and has Marshall JCM 900 and a Randall. (off stage back ups)
