Her heart, along with every other available girl's hearts, should be black as a default. If you've completed the black heart event, then you can now raise her heart to purple. I would recommend giving her jewelry found in the excavation site in the northeastern part of the valley. Use your how to unearth it. At 10,000 heart points her heart will be purple.
