The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" Church) does not keep racial statistics on it's membership, so it would be nearly impossible to know. The Church does recognize that Spanish is the second most commonly spoken language in the Church behind English. This is largely due to the Church's huge popularity in Central and South America.
