To get Shaundi you have to complete all of the Sons of Samedi missions. To get Johnny Gat you have to complete all of the Ronin missions. To get Pierce you have to complete all of the Brotherhood missions. To get Tobias you have to complete level 3 of Sons of Samedi. To get Legal Lee you have to complete Fight club level 3 (In the prison) To get Troy you have to complete Fight club level 6 (In the prison) I have Zombie Carlos but I think you have to do all of the missions and the other 2 I do not know how to get. Recruit them by pressing up on the dpad. I don't remember how they get recruited; but I'm pretty sure it's by game progression. Check on how to recruit them though. Maybe you can get them through activities. You can get up to three followers.
