If you have a 3.5 liter motor, take it to an independent shop, I would not recommend it for d-i-y ers.
Your thermostat is possibly not opening up. Replace and flush and then recheck. Good luck.
expect about 2 hours labor and a recommdation from him to replace both serp belts and the timing belt too the serp belts need to removed to access the pump and the water pump is driven by the timing belt and if its gotten wet by the coolant it wont last long and may leave you stranded then its about 2 hours labor to replace the timing belt
