Obviously "it depends". For humans at present it would take weeks. We have to build the spacecraft first though.

Typical expected manned earth to mars travel times are about a year and a half (each way), but this depends on the chosen trajectory and how powerful/expensive a rocket you can get. But it cannot be done in weeks, even if you took a straight-line trajectory at the exact moment (this moment occurs only once every two years) the planets made their closest approach because we don't have technology that can build that powerful a rocket.
