The only reason teens sleep so late is because teachers give out loads of homework so the kid is staying up all night trying to finish homework and then ending up staying up till 1.. (if its on a friday then who cares) otherwise the kids only gets about 6 hours of sleep on a school night so then that kid wakes up and is exhausted and goes to school and cant pay attention and isnt learning anything because theyre soo tired.. And if they sleep late on weekends its either because they stay up late skyping or iming friends until midnight, they are exhausted from school, or they are partying. Sorry for the long answer..
