You should first measure your height in meters and your weight in kilograms

Then calculate your BMI with the following formula:

BMI= weight/(length*length)

If you're 11:

Anything lower than 15.25 means you're too light. Put on some weight.

Over 20.74? You're a bit too heavy, Those tighs might be a bit too large. Go see a doctor or talk to your parents about healthy eating.

Over 25.42? This would indicate you're obese which means your weight could have serious effects on your health. If that is the case, go see a doctor immediately.
