Texting while driving distracts the driver's attention from what they are supposed to be concentrating on, increasing the risk they will hit, and probably kill another road user.
It is very easy for a crash if you are texting/calling because you are not alert.

Texting while driving is Illegal for anyone of any age in any state. It could be considered a healtcare issue because it can lead to wrecks and caus health issues, but otherwise texting while driving has nothing to do with healthcare.
You shouldn't do it because it lowers your awareness level.
