Parents who decide what to buy for kids is another matter entirely.

Game retailers typically require ID for games rated Mature, but that doesn't stop some parents from buying them, or the kids playing the game at a friend's house.

Actually, game retailers would make more money if they didn't tote the ageist ESRB rating system.
