From Saudi Aramco's Gate Six on the Abqaiq Highway the distance to Dubai is approximately 960 KM. Driving at about 120-140 KM it should take you 4 hours to reach the Saudi-Emirates border. Expect to spend one hour clearing passports, then another 4 hours to Downtown Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Rd. Abu-Dhabi is about 140KM before Dubai. Beware of the construction and detours around the Abu-Dhabi intersection, you might end up driving to El-Ain, then you've really lost time.
