There are manydifferent 'kinds' of blindness. To be considered blind you have no perception of light. So it is basically dark for you all the time. To be considered legally blind you have less than 10 degree visual field or have a very low vision acuity. People who have light and shadow perceptions are not considered completely blind but legally blind. No visually impaired persons vision is the same it is all different.
