I know of none that have been built in 2009 except for the Draper Utah temple. It was Dedicated by Thomas S. Monson in March of 2009. Forget what I said at the begining. The Oquirrh Mountain Temple in Utah has been built, and will be dedicated in August of 2009. There will be an open houe for it. You do not have to be a member of the LDS church to go to the open house. It will be a life changing experience, and it will also be the 130th temple in the world. Pretty cool.
