Without migrating anything from Generation 3 (including the three Regi's) or going to any events, there are Dialga, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Giratina, Cresselia, Heatran.
If you include events, you can get Manaphy, Phione (even though Phione is technically not a legendary, you obtain it by breeding Manaphy, so I'm listing it here), Arceus, Shaymin, Darkrai.
If you migrate, you can get all of the legendaries in the game (unless you've missed an event for a particular pokemon)
