We all have just one life, although some religions believe you can be reincarnated.

Humans have one life.
- Theoretically, they do. But it depends on your beliefs or religion. Such as Christians believe in heaven after death. Or the Hindus believe in Moksha; a cycle of re-birth; this is dependable on good karma in life, good karma results in good re-birth and once you have lived a number of lives and have been - for lack of a better word - promoted (e.g. a life as a good man, is followed by the life as a king) to the best possible position, you, yourself will become a God too. (I'm not a Hindu myself so please correct me if I have explained this wrongly!) Some believe in reincarnation, where when you die you are re-born as an animal, or another person and yet you have the memories of your past life. Some believe in the paranormal, such as ghosts whose presence remains for an unknown period of time. So no, nobody will ever know how many lives a human has.
