The following link to tip.it should allow you to go to the skills calculator section to find out how many logs it will take you.
You are looking at 131,378 Willow Logs.
144, 679 willow logs, which equals to 2,025,506 GP if you want to buy them all.
this will entirely depend on how many hours a day you plan on training with these and what your current firemaking level is.
You will need 150k willow logs to get 99 firemaking. I suggest using maples and yews after because it is faster.
Getting firemaking from level 60 to level 99 using willows will require about 134954 willow logs if using bonfires. It would cost you about 2.8m worth of willow logs or more if using the traditional firemaking method. Some money will be earned back with runes, firelighters and ashes from the fire spirits. It will take about three-four weeks if you play at least five hours a day.

It depends on how many hours a day you'll play RuneScape.
you would have to burn 96,551 maple logs and you need 13,034,366 experience to go. Hope this helped.
40,957,851 wow.. wat a nerd...haha Actually it wont take that many, in total from 0xp to 99 it takes 192k willows, (i know this because im getting 99 wc) so it would prob be about 191k willows from 20-99
It would take round about 120k willows, or you could do 60k willows and 50k maples which saves time -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (EDIT) Right Answer: About 100k Willow Logs.
Mainly, you get experience - and eventually level up - by burning logs. You can buy high-level logs, for example magic (once you have the appropriate level) from the Grand exchange. You can also buy cheaper logs; in that case, it will take longer. One interesting option is to combine woodcutting and firemaking: you cut logs, then immediately burn them. No trips to the bank are required, and you don't spend any money (except for the hatchets).
