I believe there aren't any manga colleges in the US but there are classes about manga.

There isn't a definitive number of manga schools in the US. However, there are several art schools and programs that offer courses in manga and comic illustration. Some notable institutions include Otis College of Art and Design, School of Visual Arts, and Savannah College of Art and Design.
There are no schools at this time solely dedicated to the instruction of manga-related things. However, you might find instructional classes within a school or on a campus. Some colleges might offer a class, but probably only at the larger universities. There are many clubs out there that may have an instructional focus.

There are no colleges that support anime. However, if you are referring to becoming an anime/manga artist, there are art schools that support that.
