It's quite simple to figure out, first right click on your flecthing skill and click on "set skill target" the put 99 and press enter. Open up a calculator and hover your mouse over the fletching skill and it will tell you how much experience till 99, put that number into the calculator and then divide by the amount of experience per log which is 58xp, the number that is the answer will be the amount of logs you need, I recommend you purchase more though just incase.

first of all i would use yews and string them so you get 150 xp per bow (once strung) and you make 23 gp a bow which is very good. from 70 fletching till 90 fletching i have used over 30000 yew logs and strung then so it takes maybe 1-2 weeks (2-3 hours a day) Fletching can be very boring so you must be patient! hope this helps!
