Hello Everyone
I hope your answers will provide some ease of mind as this problem is starting to affect my every day to day activities. I moved to the states on an F1 Visa . I went to school for a year and a half and for financial reasons I could not continue my education. I got married on 2006 but my marriage didn't go the way it's i hoped it would and divorce occurred. Me and my X applied for permanent residency application but for obvious reasons my application was denied. I got married again 2007 and has been since then. I applied again for permanent residency application and me and my wife went to the interview and were waiting for temporary residency card but instead we get a letter in the mail for "Removal Procedure Hearing in court" regarding my first marriage. Note that i got married the second time shortly after my first marriage ended and applied then to permanent residency application. So I did NOT stay for more than six months without a pending case.
I'm stressing this issue very much and consider it to be serious. I'm curious about the consequences on my current marriage and current permenant residency application. My wife and I have been living happily since our wedding party and my family and her's have great relationship now so there is a lot of people involved. My wife has been very supportive through all this and aware of all the details but I would like to make her aware of any possible USCIS interruptions to our daily life and our plans for the future.
Would USCIS deport me because my first marriage failed? I'm .
Any answers or comments will be appreciated.

Yes, you can.
Of course! Being married does not affect one's legal status, even a legal alien can be deported for criminal activity.
It is until you have registered as a married citizen in America.
