Most gas engine cars can easily reach 200k+ miles if properly maintaned before needing major reconditioning. Diesel engine cars can probably double that, the motor anyway.

No.
For a ford Id give an estimate of about 1000 miles before repairs. I did see a custom built ford frame with a chevett motor in it, to carry it the rest of the way.
Standard motor oil will usually protect to about 4000-5000 miles. Synthetic motor oil will usually lubricate till around 7500-8000 miles before it requires changing. These are only estimates, there are several factors such as how hard do you drive that you also have to consider. Always follow the vehicle manufactures directions when in doubt. hope this helps.

Take it easy for about 500 miles. Change the oil/filter at that time and then you can drive normally.
In a pickup truck you might get 10 to 14 miles per gallon if you drive conservatively with a 7.4 motor. The same motor in an RV might be lucky to get 7 to 10 miles per gallon.
