That all depends on how hard you ride and for how long you ride.
I usually get somewhere between 700-900 / hour, but I push hard and am quite fit.
450 - 600/hour is probably a decent average.
If you're not getting sweaty and winded, you're probably down to 300-something/hour.
It depends on how fast you're running, using weights or not, etc.
But, generally, jogging (in place) for an hour burns around 421 calories.
The calories burned in running sort of vary by how fast you run (usually measured in minutes per mile). The average I believe is around 12-15minutes per mile, and that usually burns the same amount as the jogging.
There is no set answer as the number of calories burned depends on many different factors, such as height, weight, age, gender, speed of exercise, intensity, resistence, etc.
Answer:
It of course depends on your style of riding, how your bike is set up, winds and weight. The following is based on riders of 130 lb to 205 lb and can be assumed to be linear with weight over the range. The values are calories burned per hour.
A good way to get a more accurate value is to get a heart rate monitor, the kind with a wristwatch display. That'll do a decent job of calculating how many calories you're using up.
Depends on how hard you're working, how fit you are, and how much muscles you have to work with. I can burn around of 900 cals in an hour, but it takes some doing to be able to maintain that output for that long. If you're just starting to get serious about exercise you might want to aim lower.
That totally depends on your weight, the terrain (are you riding uphill, flat street, or downhill) and how much effort you put into the cycle. In addition, what resistance (if any) are you going to be pedaling if riding a bike with gears? A reasonably easy ride would just burn approximately 300 calories but a painful hill climber could burn up to and over 1000.
One suggestion would be to go to the gym and get on the stationary bike and get a rough idea or wear a heart rate monitor and watch to track our heart rate and calorie burn. I have a Garmin training watch and it's fantastic. I recommend it.

In about an hour of spinning i burned arounf 570 calories.
i have been using a rate rate monitor for years, and at the weight of 150 lbs, my body burns between 500-650 calories/hr of spinning Depends on a lot of things, but mainly on how hard you go at it. Can be anything between 300-1100 calories.
Depends on your age, gender, fitness level but foremost on how hard you hit it.
If you're just pootling around, nothing much will happen.
The general numbers are about 450-600 calories/hour, if you're working yourself winded and sweaty. Can be more if you're fit enough to do a higher sustained effort.
Depends on your weight, how fast you're peddling, and other personal situations.
it all depends on how fast you are going.
I have a heart rate montor that i put over my chest,
then i wear a watch and it tells me my heart rate and
how many calories i burned. try that. [:
It depends on how far you cycle; the intensity of your cycling, etc.
Depends on weight and how hard you're pushing. I can do 700-900, but 400-700 is a more general value.
i believe the average for riding 12 mph in an hour is 550 calories but it depends on the person and type of riding
36.5 miles in 50 minutes equates to a pace of 43.8 miles per hour.
26/52 = 1/2 mile per minute or 30 miles per hour
You can burn about 260 calories in 1 hour by riding a rip stick.
You are averaging 33 miles per hour.
The world record for riding a bike with no handlebars is 70.525 km/h (43.8 mph), achieved by Silvio Scholten (Netherlands) in 2016.
yea because your riding your bike around the corner for like a hour and 35 second.
No way to tell.Among other things it'll depend on how hard you ride, and for how long. If you're riding yourself sweaty and winded, you're probably using more than 300 calories per hour.
4.2 miles.
Three hours (30/10 = 3).
Speed = (distance) / (time) = 33/0.0462 = 714.29 feet per second = 487 miles per hour (rounded)Great biking !
Depends on your your fitness level, your age, how hard, and for how long you ride. If you ride hard enough to get sweaty and winded, maybe 400-500 calories/hour.
