A 2006 Dodge Neon gets 0 (ZERO) MPG. They last year of production was 2005. My 2004 Neon with 90000+ miles gets 30 CTY. Sometimes a little better. I thank my K&N Air Filter for that. Was usually getting about 27-28 CTY MPG before the K&N.
