I have a new '09 and I just checked the manual. Doesn't really say. Doesn't say much at all about break in, actually. I guess the first service is due at 600 miles, though many I've spoken to recommend changing the oil sooner than that. Just my opinion, but I'd say to keep the RPMs low and vary the speed for the first few hundred miles. After that I wouldn't worry about varying the speed too much, but probably still not best to rev the heck out of it for a while.
