Until my timing belt broke at 93000 miles, I was getting 28mpg. After that, I am getting just 20!!! Unbelievably horrible service from a mechanic registered with the Automobile Club of America!!!

On my 2010 Kia Sportage I get 46 miles to the gallon at 70mph, 52 miles to the gallon on a long run at 55mph and about 40 running about the town. It is lower in winter when the car takes time to warm up and journeys tend to be shorter.

should get 21 to 22 on hwy ,15 to 19 around town ...unless your a leadfoot.
I get about 42 miles to a UK gallon - mixed driving with 50% motorway driving at speeds I should not document.
Mine gets about 16 MPG
