Triceps Brachii Muscle is Latin for "three -headed arm muscle." It is the muscle in the back of the upper arm responsible for the extension of the elbow joint. It is composed of three main muscle bundles: the long head, the lateral head and the medial head.
Muscles can only pull not push. That is why they work in pairs an example is your tricep and bicep, your bicep pulls your arm up and your tricep pulls your arm down.
No - push-ups will bulk up your pectoral, bicep, and tricep muscles.
your muscle is only built to move your bone one way. you have two muscles for each action. for example, in order to move your arm, to move it up your bicep will contractand your tricep will not be working, to move it back down your bicep will then relax. in order to move your arm backwards your tricep will contract and your bicep will be relaxed and to return to its original state the tricep will relax. hope this helps.!!

Your pectoral muscle allows you to do a push up. When you do a push up you use your pectoral muscle, your tricep muscle, and you use your shoulder back at the rotator cuff.
Four muscles in a persons body make up a rotator cuff: supraspinatus muscle, infraspinatus muscle, teres minor muscle and the subscapularis muscle. There are four muscles that make up a rotator cup.name the muscles please
what muscles make up the rotator cuff
While it is not "perfect", for those interested in focusing on bicep and tricep muscles, it is somewhat more effective.
gastrocnemius
Yes they do, they're called antagonistic pairs. However, I have also heard that there is a paradox that happens when you try to stand up from a sitting position which should be impossible because your hamstings and quadriceps are both contracting at the same time rather than one contracting and the other relaxing as antagonistic pairs should work.
