Depends on who you ask, but somewhere between 100 000 and 400 000.

Islam is the second biggest religion in Sweden, the biggest is Christianity. Sweden is a Christian country and around 70% of all citizens are members of the Christian Church; Church of Sweden (Svenska Kyrkan), but only approx. 5% of those actually goes to church regularly. So it's not such a big difference if you think that way...
