It depends on the pie. If you are talking about store-bought pies, all you need to do is check the nutrition labeling. Total calories minus fat calories should be your answer.

If, however, you are talking about homemade pie, you would have to add the total calories and fat calories of each of the individual ingredients (e.g. butter, flour, sugar, apples, cinnamon...) based on the serving size vs. how much the recipe calls for, and subtract the totals from each other.
