The true amount of active and stockpiled WMDs in the world is unkown.

*It is generally assumed that Israel has nuclear weapons but in small amounts, Iran and Iraq have been accused of developing a warhead but further intelligence is needed to confirm.

To take a wild guess I would have to say that Russia and the U.S. make up for more than half of all warheads ever produced. And that the world has no more than 25,000 warheads active, stockpiled or awaiting dis-mantelment.
