Between 16 and 18 (depending on the year it was made)

Four number 1's on each front corner

Four number 1's on each back corner

Four word "ONE" on each back corner

The word "ONE"on the front bottom

The word "ONE"on the back bottom

The word "ONE"on the back center

The word "ONE"behind the seal on the front (under the words "Washington DC")

Then depending on the year there could be either 0,1 or 2 more number 1's.

example: 2004 - no more 1's, 2010 - one more 1 and 1991-two more 1's.
