I think that the orange and nails light up the light bulb because the acid energy goes through the nails and into the wires connected to the light bulb and powers the light bulb

What is used to measure heat in the air?

The best is a thermometer, another way to get the temperature outside is to pour water in a bowl, leave it out there for a couple of minutes and then take a thermometer and put it in the water.

How do you connect a wire to a light bulb?

To connect a wire to an electric bulb you will need a battery, wires with alligator pegs and the bulb, plus plasticine or blue tack. You must stick the plasticine to the end of the battery and then also you must stick the other side of the battery with plasticine (the wires must be under the plasticine). next use the alligator pegs to hold both sides of the bulb. thus your bulb works. You should find this information pretty helpful.AnswerYou wire a lamp holder, and insert the lamp (not 'bulb' -you plant bulbs!) into the lamp holder.

What is the difference between a series and a parallel circuit?

A series circuit has all its elements connected in a sequence so the same current flows through each the same while A parallel circuit has many paths for current to travel and more than one resistor, outlet or switch. An example for each would be Christmas lights. If you take out one light bulb on a series circuit all the lights will go out because of an uncomplete circuit. If it were parallel circuit the rest of the lights wouldn't go out because in a parallel circuit there is more than one path for the current to follow. This allows you to take one out without all the others turning off. It would save you alot of trouble on Christmas if one light burned out!A; No difference as far as a source is concerned it is load of different type
