Two, baptism and communion (commonly referred to as the Lord's Supper.) Both are seen as ordinances, not sacraments. Baptism is for professing believers, not infants. It is nearly always a one time event and by immersion.

Communion can be either "open" or "closed", depending on the particular church. Open simply means that the communion, when observed, is available to all who have experienced 'believer's baptism", closed communion is limited to that church's congregation.

What does the banner in a Baptist church symbolise?

There are only two ordinances (symbols) in a Baptist church: baptism and the Lord's Supper. The banner doesn't symbolize any doctrine that is contained in the Bible. Ask the pastor of the church where the banner is why he has a banner in his church. He will tell you.

Who can wear a robe in the Baptist church?

Robes are not one of the ordinances of the worship service of a Baptist church, they are irrelevant to the worship service. Robes do not identify any kind of hierarchical position. Sometimes the choir uses them to have a common dress. There is no verse in the Bible that discusses wearing robes in the church.
