A horse's weight is not measured in ounces. However it is fairly easy to convert pounds into ounces (there are 16 ounces to a pound). There is an old rule of thumb that says a foal will weigh roughly 10% of the mares weight, though this is not very accurate, it does provide a starting point.
A Mustang typically weighs 500 to 950 pounds therefore a foal would weigh in at 50 to 95 pounds when born if you follow the 10% rule. That means in ounces the foals would weigh 800 oz (50 lbs) to 1520 oz (95 lbs).
Of course foals are often over or under the 10% rule, this does provide a good base for measurement.
