I'm sorry to say, but I think it does. Try tide, it's been working for me for 40 years.
Gatorade was developed in the 1960's by researchers at the University of Florida. Researchers were working on a beverage that could replace fluids that athletes lose while playing. They named it Gatorade after the University of Florida's football team the "Gators".
Water because your body is 75-80% water. Even though gatorade does have electrolytes which are good for you it still has way more sugar than your body needs after working out.
We drink water to avoid becoming dehydrated, which, in severe cases, could cause our internal organs to stop working.
If i were you, I would drink both. Many salts and nutrients you need are sweat out during excsersize, and replacing them while working out is beneficial to you (Gatorade). Similarly, when working hard, you may find that you can lose upwards of 3-6 pounds of water, so it is important to replace that. However, the molecules in Gatorade are a bit bigger, and not as readily available to become sweat as water alone. Gatorade however, can still not provide the benefits of water in terms of long term hydration. noob pwned
it is only lifting very slightly when i rev the engine
Never take drinks that have sugar in them because it slows your performance down. You can take Powerade or Gatorade to help boost your energy up when you're working out.
Rihanna didn't collapse. After she finished her verse she went back stage for a drink of water and to sit down because the air conditioning wasnt working and she was very dehydrated. :)
Divide the percentage number by 100. It is not possible to show the working because there are infinitely many fractions and they require slightly different working.
Drinking water is the best way to stay hydrated. Drink more water if you are working out or in warm weather. Avoid caffeine and alcohol as these can dehydrate you.
Researchers from the University of Florida working with the athletic department came up with an electrolyte drink that would help rehydrate athletes better than water. Because the mascot of U of F is the Gator, they called the drink Gatorade. it is possible that they determined that the name of the drink should be Gator-ade, perhaps as a play on the drink name lemonade(lemon being the first flavor developed), and a pun on the word aid and suffix-ade.
