It depends on the definition of Death being used. If it's just unconscious forever, then your cerebrum needs to die. If it's no brain activity, then your cerebrum and cerebellum need to die. If it's not able to breathe, then cerebrum, cerebellum and medulla oblongata need to die. 1, 2 or 3 depending on the definition you use for Death.
