Well it depends. Most stray dogs go to the pound when they are caught and there is a certain number of days that the dogs have before they kill them. They do this so there is room for more dogs. A few of the stray dogs get picked up and adopted by the pound. Many people suggest if you want a dog or cat get them from an animal shelter. In answer to your question it depends on where you get them. if its from an animal shelter than yes many dogs get homes after they are strays. if your getting them from the pound probably not as many.
over 30,000.
There are more stray dogs in London then housed dogs. There are about 2 thousand.....
Many, but impossible to know exactly.
Many........ haha sucker don't go on this site it is bootlegged it falls for anything but if you live in Chicago you might want to checkout paws Chicago it is a great place and they have good support and they need your help today
Too many. If we had responsible pet owners, and if more people cared about their pets then the stray population could be greatly decreased. It sucks that there are people in this world that don't care about their pets.
Over 2.5 million.
None anymore, Istanbul was renamed to Turkey.
There are probably over 1,000,000 dogs needing a home. There are many shelters around that can house over 500 dogs each, and there are also many stray dogs.
I'd say alot more than 100,000 homeless. :(
Two million dogs are stolen each year. 5400 dogs are stolen each day. Many dogs left in cars are stolen and usually they are purebreds.
It is usually stray. That's what many would call a junk yard dog...
