NoneIt is impossible to speak every single language of the globe, even a little - let alone perfectly. The detailed classification list of languages complied by Ethnologue, which is considered to be as authoritative as any, lists 6,812 languages as of today's date (December 20th, 2008). There are also many "extinct" languages that have been forgotten.

Furthermore, many Native American tribes have multiple languages. They have the common language, and also religious/ritual languages. The religious ones are sometimes split between male and female, meaning the men of the tribe do not know the female language, and vice versa. People outside the tribes are almost never taught these ritual languages; just some examples of barriers (besides the reason presented above) that prevent people from learning all languages.

It is difficult to determine an exact number, but it is estimated that very few, if any, individuals can fluently speak every single human language. There are over 7,000 languages spoken worldwide, each with its own unique grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Being proficient in even a few languages is already a significant achievement.
