It depends, Phones can be the most entertaining but the deadliest device. It all depends on the circumstances. People wearing headphones are most at risk because they walk into the street without checking traffic. They also can be distracted listening to their favorite song as they drive, which it is illegal to drive with headphones on. People texting on the other hand are the dumbest as hundreds of thousands of accidents and deaths occur from people not paying attention to the road, but instead paying attention to their phone. All in all, deaths from phone related incidents reach well over a 2,600 deaths every year. This has been increasing as phones become cheaper and more available to driving teens.
