No one dies from a panic attack as it is a release of hormornes. Though it can and probably will make you feel detatched from the world, confused, dizzy, cheast pains, lightheaded, incredibly fast heartrate which may beat iregllulary. Remember it wont last forever and noone dies from a panic attack. Distraction is the best method.
