No one was killed at the Battle of Ticonderoga in 1775, because when a small force of Green Mountian Boys led by Ethan Allen and Colonial Benedict Arnold came upon them, there was only one sentry at the gate and he was asleep. They captured the fort and claimed it for the Colonists.
