this may or may not be true but my opinion is that people are afraid of nuclear disasters suchas the ones that took place in chernoble, kyshtym, windscale fire, &Tokaimura. They all had nuclear accidents and many people believe more people died than the ones 'recorded' dead as a result of the toxic exposure.......you should look them up.
