Any cell phone use while driving is very dangerous. The studies show reactions times get very slow when talking on a cell phone. The brain is not meant to focus on two such divergent activities. Having a passenger talk on their cell phone while you drive is even more dangerous.

Not enough ! Anyone caught texting while driving should be charged with attempted murder ! You either drive the car or you use your phone - not both at the same time !
If you text while driving, you will be arrested or get in a crash and die! Also, texting sends toxic radio waves.
It started when texting first began. Texting began and people started doing it while driving. It started whenever texting began.
About 700 people a day die for texting while driving, this can be really dangerous but people who do it don't care about and then they end up losing their lives.
Look at government statistics on accident reports ! Texting while driving doesn't simply 'bother others' - texting while driving KILLS PEOPLE ! And I speak from experience !
