How many people get scared away from Wiki with a single bad Supervisor?

I have had a bad experience with a supervisor They are only human also. I now just avoid that area and ignore his politics. It was frustrating for a day or two, but you soon realize how much more of Wiki there is and start to forget the less then honest few that are around. Just stick in other areas for awhile.
I have no idea what we are discussing, but is it possible that the Supervisor is just following guidelines? Almost all (minus my one) have seemed awesome to me. YOu may wish to reflect on the issue from another's point of view. You may well be right and the supervisor is a jerk. Just avoid and enjoy the rest of the board.
